SERENDAH, 25 Ogos 2026 - Majlis Sambutan Maulidur Rasul "Malam Cinta Rasul & YBK Berselawat" telah diadakan hari ini di Asrama Kasih Serendah YBK bersempena dengan hari kelahiran Rasullullah SAW. Ini merupakan penganjuran kali ke-4 Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (YBK) dengan kerjasama dan penglibatan daripada NGO-NGO daerah Hulu Selangor. Hadirin yang terdiri daripada pelajar Asrama Kasih YBK, penduduk setempat, rakan-rakan NGO, sukarelawan, alumni YBK serta karyawan telah memenuhi ruang dewan dan khemah yang disediakan.

Majlis dimulakan dengan alunan qasidah dan selawat oleh Kumpulan Qasidah Ahbabul Habib diikuti dengan ucapan aluan daripada YBhg. Dato' Haji Zainal Abidin Sakom, Pengerusi YBK. Ini disusuli dengan tausiah daripada Syeikh Mahmoud Al Wosabi yang telah menceritakan sirah Rasulullah SAW serta mukjizat kenabian baginda. Turut hadir, Ahli Lembaga Pemegang Amanah YBK - Encik Zulhairy Jalaluddin, Prof. Madya Dr. Mohd Mursyid Arshad, Ustaz Mohd Faisal Tan Mutallib dan Encik Zainal Mohd Jais; YBhg. Datin Dr. Hartini Osman (Pengerusi Asrama Kasih YBK); YBhg. Senator Datuk Rosni binti Sohar (Ahli Dewan Negara); YBhg. Datuk Mohd Isa Abu Kasim; serta tetamu daripada Medan (Indonesia) - Prof. Madya Dr. H. Lukman Hakim (Ketua Pembina Yayasan Pendidikan & Pembangunan Dzurriyyatun Thoyyibah).

Alunan selawat, qasidah, doa dan tausiah terus bergema hingga ke penghujung majlis, membangkitkan suasana penuh syahdu dan kecintaan kepada Rasulullah SAW. Majlis diakhiri dengan penyampaian hadiah kepada pemenang Pertandingan Nasyid NGO Hulu Selangor yang telah berlangsung pada sebelah petang.

MAWLID AL-RASUL CELEBRATION – “MALAM CINTA RASUL & YBK BERSELAWAT 1448H”

SERENDAH, 25 August 2026 – The Mawlid al-Rasul Celebration, “Malam Cinta Rasul & YBK Berselawat”, was held today at Asrama Kasih YBK Serendah in conjunction with the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. This marked the fourth edition of the program organized by Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (YBK) in collaboration with and with the participation of NGOs from the Hulu Selangor district.

The event was attended by students of Asrama Kasih YBK, local residents, NGO partners, volunteers, YBK alumni, and staff, who filled the hall and tents prepared for the occasion.

The program began with qasidah and selawat performances by the Ahbabul Habib Qasidah Group, followed by a welcoming address by YBhg. Dato' Haji Zainal Abidin Sakom, Chairman of YBK. This was followed by a tausiah (religious lecture) delivered by Sheikh Mahmoud Al Wosabi, who shared insights into the sirah (life and biography) of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and the miracles associated with his prophethood.

Also in attendance were YBK Board of Trustees members – Mr. Zulhairy Jalaluddin, Associate Professor Dr. Mohd Mursyid Arshad, Ustaz Mohd Faisal Tan Mutallib, and Mr. Zainal Mohd Jais; YBhg. Dr (h.c) Hartini Osman, Chairperson of Asrama Kasih YBK; YBhg. Senator Datuk Rosni binti Sohar, Member of the Senate; YBhg. Datuk Mohd Isa Abu Kasim; as well as a guest from Medan, Indonesia, Associate Professor Dr. H. Lukman Hakim, Head of the Board of Trustees of Yayasan Pendidikan & Pembangunan Dzurriyyatun Thoyyibah.

The recitation of selawat, qasidah, prayers, and the religious lecture continued throughout the evening, creating a deeply moving atmosphere filled with reverence and love for Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The event concluded with the presentation of prizes to the winners of the Hulu Selangor NGO Nasyid Competition, which had been held earlier that afternoon.
