YBK FASTRACK is Ecucational & Trainning Programme with the collaboration Selangor State Governmant. The aim of the programme is to trained teenages in skill and vocational trainning programme to corpe with industrial growth needs. YBK had spent as much as more than RM0.5 million to trained students to pursuit their skill and vocational trainning in private colleges such as Kolej INPENS, WIT, FIT, ITTAR, EDI, Stamford dan Selangor Human Resource Developlment Centre. YBK FASTRACK was conducted in the year 1995 -1998 aimed to provide opportunity for schools drop-out but had no chances to undergo for trainning programme on their own because of the poverty.
Courses offered were skill and professional threads such as Secretarial, Accounting, Computer Science, Business Administration, Hotel and Tourist Management, Computer & Office Administration and Information Technologiy. At the same time YBK also provides technical courses as such Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Draftsman, Architecture, Mechanical Draftsman.
Basically, courses were tooks 18 monts to completed. Succesfull participant were selected were comes from the very poor family with basic educational qualification, Malaysia Certificate Education qualification age between 18-24 years of old. YBK FASTRACK was implemented during the period 1995-98 had benefitted and facilitated 681 poor teenages to have opportunity to have career development.

1997/98 - 22 Professional Skills Certificate dan 218 Diploma students
