Banting Academy Mutiara College was established in the year 1997 The aimed of the community college was to provide opportunity for poor student who had no chanced to pursuit their study to tertiary level in other premises. At the beginning of the operation, the college had maintence sufficient number of students in order to make the college running. The college also managed to get accreditation from the government to provide study programme for Diploma in Computer Sceince, Business Administration adn Accounting with comparatively low fees.
Till the year 2005, although the college had managed to produced 1,200 students with their diploma, Board Of Trustees had decided to closed down diploma programme because of financial cash flow due to government requirement such number of lecturer and private facilities such as library and study infra-structure. Currently the college only running short-term trainning programme such us Computer and Networking Programme.
YBK Kuala Selangor Trainning Centre
YBK Kuala Selangor Trainning Centre started operation at 18 of August 1992 as a result of smart partnership between YBK and subsidary of Government Link Company (PNB), the UMW Corporation Bhd. The trainning centre was developed on the YBK's land with area 5.46 acres at the cost of RM1.9 million at Kuala Selangor New Town Centre, 50km from Kuala Lumpur.
The centre was equiped with the infra-structure such as lecture hall, hostel, trainning workshop, dinning hall, mosque and sport facilities. The centre also easily can accormodate 100-200 trainees at one time. Until the year 2007, 903 trainees from poor family had been trained in Automotive Mechanical, Heavy Industry Machinery, Landscap, Electrician and Draftsman. Every programme tooks 6 months to completed with RM5,000.00 fees.
YBK Mutiara College
YBK Mutiara College was developed at cost if RM2.1 million in the YBK's land at 8.64 acres in rural area called Kg Gesir Tengah Hulu Selangor, where 60 kiliometers form Kuala Lumpuer .
The college started operation at the year of 2000 with diploma courses in Information Technology, Computer Sceince adn Accounting. Unfortunately due to financial contraints the college was closed down after 330 students had graduated. Board Of Trustees had transform the premise into Natinoal Service Trainning Center.
Gesir KUNTUM Dinamik Institute
Gesir KUNTUM Dinamik Institute is one more YBK community college aimed to assist poor drop-out student to pursuit in skill and vocational trainning. Located next to YBK Mutiara College with premis developed by YBK at the cost RM0.6 million on YBK's own land. In this college community YBK provide hands-on vocational trainning in Computer System Technical, Information System Assistance adn also Wireman.
